Cala Montgó is a cove-type beach located in Torroella de Montgrí in the Baix Empordà region of Catalonia, Spain. The beach measures 155 metres long with an average width of 52 metres and a surface area of 7,039 square metres. It has medium sand sediment and a very steep water entry gradient. The cove experiences high summer occupation and is situated in a semi-urban residential setting at the boundary between Torroella de Montgrí and l'Escala municipalities, adjacent to the protected Montgrí massif.
