Cerrillos is a natural Mediterranean coastal bathing water in Almería, Andalucía, Spain. The beach stretches 2,575 metres with an average width of 70 metres and is composed of gravel and dark sand. It experiences moderate wave conditions and is moderately exposed to wave action, with currents predominantly moving eastward. The beach is situated in a protected natural area (LIC/ZEPA/Paraje Natural) with low urbanization and low occupation levels.

Mediterranean coastal water influenced by Atlantic waters. Deep water with muddy-sand substrate. Micromareal tidal range of 0–2 metres. Currents dominate towards the east, east-southeast, and east-northeast. Wave regime is predominantly from the east and east-northeast associated with Levante wind.

Location

Located in Roquetas de Mar, Almería province, Andalucía. Access is available on foot and by car. The nearest marina (Puerto deportivo Roquetas de Mar) is 8 kilometres away.

Facilities

Surveillance equipment is present. Waste bins and cleaning service are available. No lifeguard post, no rescue equipment, no signage, no disabled access, no toilets, no showers, no boardwalks, and no nautical rentals.
