Playa de Fatares is located in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park near Almería and is accessed via a hiking trail from Parque Tentegorra that crosses over Rondán. The beach fronts the Mediterranean Sea and has no developed facilities, with access limited to foot traffic only.
