Santa Margarida beach is located in the municipality of Roses in northeastern Spain, in an urban and touristic setting. The beach is semi-enclosed with a sandy substrate, measuring 602 meters long and averaging 42 meters wide, with a moderate entry gradient into the water. The beach has high summer occupation levels and is bordered to the north by the Trencada stream outlet and to the south by the Rec Madral outlet pier.
