Playa del Ancón is a small black sand beach in Ancón, accessible by a 15–30 minute walk along a steep narrow path from the town. The beach features shallow water near the shore with waves further out, is surrounded by cliffs, becomes largely submerged at high tide, and offers lifeguard services and allows dogs.
