Water Quality

The bathing zone is classified as excellent based on microbiological parameters. E. coli and enterococcus concentrations remain well below threshold levels. No historical contamination records exist for this bathing zone or the adjacent shellfish production zone (GAL 07/02 Enseada de Fisterra, Zone A).

Risks

No significant risks from short-duration pollution events associated with precipitation or localised discharges have been identified.
