Las Cañas is a natural Mediterranean coastal bathing water located in Sorvilán, Granada, in Andalucía. The beach extends 585 metres in length with an average width of 20 metres and features dark sand composition. The beach remains isolated with low occupation levels and is accessible on foot. Water conditions are typically calm with deep waters and micromareal tidal ranges.

Currents dominant towards east, east-southeast, and east-northeast. Moderately exposed to wave action with dominant waves from the east and east-northeast associated with levante wind.

Location

Sorvilán, Granada, Andalucía. The beach is situated along the Granada coastline (Litoral de Granada) in the Mediterranean coastal area. Access is on foot and considered easy. No parking information is specified.
