Water Quality

Microbiological monitoring conducted showing E. coli and Enterococcus concentrations. Historical classification shows no previous contamination incidents. Adjacent shellfish production zone GAL 04/01 (Ría de Ares-Betanzos) classified as Zone B with no previous contamination.

Risks

Strong wave conditions present. No significant risk from occasional discharges associated with precipitation events. No significant risk from localized discharges.
