Praia da Gasolineira lies along a stretch of coastline bordered by rice paddies and dunes, near fishermen's cabins. Access is on foot, following a path through the paddies and dunes after parking near a Cepsa service station; the beach has no on-site facilities. The area is used for nudism and receives some traffic from horseback tours.
