Praia das Adegas is located near Odeceixe, bordered by a steep rock wall along the shore. It is accessible on foot via the neighboring Odeceixe beach at low tide, or by a steep, uneven path with steps. The beach is designated for naturism, with Atlantic waters that narrow considerably during high tide.
