Rogowo is a bathing beach located on the Baltic Sea in western Poland, within the Gryfice district of West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The beach features a 100-metre shoreline and is situated at the descent to the OW REWITA beach facility. Swimming is permitted during the official bathing season from late June to the end of August.

Water quality is classified as excellent in 2025. All monitored samples from 2022–2025 received assessments of 'Woda przydatna do kąpieli' (water suitable for bathing). E. coli maximum permissible concentration: 1000 CFU/100 ml. Enterococci maximum permissible concentration: 400 CFU/100 ml. Most recent assessment on 22 August 2025 showed E. coli at 2 CFU/100 ml and enterococci at 2 CFU/100 ml.
