Skräcklan Barnbadet is a popular bathing spot on Lake Vänern located centrally in Skräcklan park in Vänersborg. The beach features approximately 25 metres of sand and grassed areas. The bathing area sits in a shallow bay with a sandy bottom. A wheelchair ramp extends into the water, and lifesaving equipment is available. The beach is an officially designated EU bathing water with mandatory water quality monitoring and sampling.
