Sommerbad Altengamme is an artificial bathing water facility in Hamburg-Bergedorf, created in the 1930s. It is a shallow, unstratified water basin filled only during summer months. The bathing area has a 20-meter sandy beach and 223 meters of concrete shoreline, allowing access from all sides. The water body covers 2,100 square meters with maximum depth of 2.3 meters and average depth of 1.5 meters.
