Stedener See is a former gravel pit located in the municipality of Holste, district of Steden, within Samtgemeinde Hambergen. The surrounding area has been developed into a recreation and leisure facility. The lake covers approximately 26,000 m² and features a fine sand shoreline that is regularly cleaned. The water depth varies, with some areas being very shallow, making it suitable for families with small children.
