Urisee is a bathing facility located on a lake with a surface area of 6 hectares. The lake has no visible surface inflows or outflows and is characterized by strong water level fluctuations of up to 4 metres. The maximum depth reaches 36 metres in the eastern basin and 27 metres in the western basin. The water exhibits nutrient-poor conditions with correspondingly low suspended algae biomass development.
