Via Pai Di Sotto

Via pai di sotto is a bathing area located on Lake Garda in the municipality of Torri del Benaco, Veneto region. The beach is oriented westward and is situated at the base of the embankment supporting the SS249 road and a municipal collector. The beach width ranges from 5 to 10 metres. The bathing water has been classified as excellent for the period 2021–2024.

Torri del Benaco, Verona province, Veneto region, northern Italy. The beach is located in the area north of Pai, accessible via the SS249 road.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: excellent (2021–2024). Enterococcus concentration at 95th percentile: 3.814 CFU/100 ml; at 90th percentile: 2.996 CFU/100 ml. E. coli concentration at 95th percentile: 2.657 CFU/100 ml; at 90th percentile: 2.24 CFU/100 ml. Pollution sources identified include river mouths and Valle Saccanno.

Combined sewer system with emergency overflows present. Municipal collector system present. Stormwater discharge pipes present. Peschiera del Garda wastewater treatment plant discharges into the Mincio River in Lombardy region.
