Sbocco Valle Valdana

Sbocco valle valdana is a bathing water located on Lake Garda in the Veneto region of Italy. The beach is oriented westward and situated at the base of a embankment supporting the SS249 road and a municipal water collector. It is positioned in the northern part of Torri del Benaco municipality in the PAI locality, where mountain slopes form the Valdana valley. The beach width ranges from 5 to 10 metres, covering an area of 0.840 km.

Risks

Potential pollution sources identified: mixed municipal sewage system with emergency overflow valves, municipal water collector, stormwater discharge pipes, and the Peschiera del Garda wastewater treatment plant discharging into the Mincio river in the Lombardy region. River outlets and the Zocco and Valrana valleys are identified as pollution causes.
