Location

Ispica, Sicily (Ragusa province). The beach extends 1.75 km along the coast. Coordinates: Y = 36.7063, X = 14.9396. The area is a free and unequipped coastal stretch with easy beach access.

Facilities

The coastal stretch is free and unequipped with infrastructure or services. No prohibitions or signage regarding animal access.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent. Monitoring conducted by ASP7, ARPA, Comune di Ispica, and Capitaneria di Porto di Pozzallo. No anomalous situations have occurred in recent years.

Risks

Heavy rainfall can cause overflow of flow that is conveyed into bathing waters. White water discharge and overflow relief structures are present. No cyanobacterial proliferation, macroalgae, or phytoplankton issues were recorded in the previous four years.
