Villaggio Coppola is a sandy bathing beach located in Castel Volturno, Caserta province, in the Campania region of Italy. Location

Castel Volturno, Caserta province, Campania region. Coordinates: 40.9822°N, 13.9681°E. The municipality office is located at Piazza Annunziata, 3, 81030 Castel Volturno.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2020–2023). The bathing water is weakly influenced by the Regi Lagni. Occasional discharges from the sewer network of Pineta mare into the S. Bartolomeo darsena. The Regi Lagni canal mouth receives wastewater from three treatment plants in Marcianise, Orta di Atella, and Villa Literno, plus untreated sewage from several municipalities and overflow discharges from Villa Literno and Casal di Principe sewer systems.

The bathing area is weakly influenced by the Regi Lagni canal, which receives treated and untreated wastewater from multiple sources and overflow discharges from sewer networks.
