Coastal water body. The bathing area extends approximately 1 km. Three beach sections are designated: Lungomare di Gualdo (approximately 50 meters), Maruccio beach (approximately 10 meters), and Rocco Mancini beach (approximately 15 meters).

San Vito Chietino, Chieti Province, Abruzzo region. Lungomare di Gualdo. Parking and beach facilities are available, including bathing establishments, shops, and recreational areas.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent. No treated wastewater discharges to the sea or offshore discharges are present. Two wastewater lifting stations redirect effluent to a treatment plant located approximately 1.5 km inland.
