A sandy-pebbly beach located in the Rossano Cassano Allo Ionio water body near San Nicola in Corigliano Calabro, Calabria. The coast features a straight shoreline with a mean seabed gradient of 2.3% from the water's edge to the 5-meter isobat. The beach sediment consists of medium-grain material between 2 and 0.062 mm. The bathing area covers 0.891 square kilometers and faces agricultural territories south of the Gennarito stream. The water has been classified as good quality.

Location

Corigliano Calabro, Cosenza Province, Calabria region. The bathing area is located 100 meters to the right of the Gennarito stream at San Nicola locality. Parking and facility information was requested from municipal authorities.

Classification: Good quality. No active specific measures are currently in place. Short-duration pollution events are characterized by surface runoff from urban and agricultural areas.

Risks
