Location

Rossano, province of Cosenza, Calabria region. The bathing area is situated in front of agricultural territories north of the Cino stream.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent. The Cino stream mouth has been identified as a potential pollution source. Short-duration pollution events are characterized by runoff from urban and agricultural areas.

Risks

Cyanobacterial and algal blooms have not occurred in the past four years. No anomalous situations have been recorded.
