A sandy beach located 400 metres to the right of the Crati River mouth in Calabria, Italy. The beach is situated in front of forested and agricultural areas south of the river delta. The seafloor has a mean slope of 2.5% from the shoreline to the 5-metre isobath, with submerged bars and cordons arranged in series. Medium-grain sediments (0.018 to 2 mm) characterize the underwater beach.
