Boccasette-nord is a bathing beach located within the Po River Delta in northeastern Italy, an alluvial environment characterized by lagoons, ponds, islands and dunes. The beach extends along a natural sandbar (Palo sandbar) with sandy dunes between the mouth of the Po di Maistra river to the north and the northern mouth of the Barbamarco lagoon to the south. It is an undeveloped, pristine location accessible only on foot via a wooden footbridge that crosses typical reed valleys and brackish water, with only four bathing establishments present.
