Boccasette-sud is a bathing water located in the Po Delta, an alluvial environment comprising lagoons, ponds, islands, and dunes. The beach extends along a natural sandbank between the mouth of the Po di Maistra to the north and the north entrance of Barbamarco lagoon to the south. The area is largely undeveloped with only four beach facilities and is accessed on foot via a wooden bridge that crosses a typical reed valley and brackish water.
