Doktorsee Rinteln is a lake located in the Weserbergland region southwest of Rinteln in Schaumburg district. The lake is directly adjacent to the Weser River and forms part of a leisure and camping park. The bathing area features a large water slide, a sand beach approximately 200 metres long, and an adjacent spacious lawn area.

Location

Southwest of Rinteln in Schaumburg district. Located within the Doktorsee leisure and camping park. Coordinates: 52.1894° North, 9.0556° East.

Facilities

Water slide, sand beach (approximately 200 metres long), lawn area, sanitary facilities, changing rooms. Additional facilities within the park include camping parcels, caravan parking, holiday houses and apartments, lodges, chalets, lake sauna, fishing, windsurfing, sailing, and pedal boats.
