A bathing water area located on Lake Garda between Isola dell'Olivo and Sopri Sud. The beach is west-facing and situated in a natural inlet immediately west of Malcesine hospital. The beach width ranges from 5 to 10 metres. The bathing water has been classified as excellent for the period 2021–2024.

Water quality classification: Excellent (years 2021–2024). Enterococcus intestinalis at 95th percentile: 5,956; at 90th percentile: 4,509. Escherichia coli at 95th percentile: 20,058; at 90th percentile: 12,536.

Risks

Pollution sources identified include river mouths (Val d'Angual and Valle di Castions), a mixed municipal wastewater system with emergency overflows, a consortium collector approximately 150 metres east near a road, stormwater discharge pipes, and the Peschiera del Garda wastewater treatment plant discharging into the Mincio River in Lombardy Region.
