Lenno Lido waterfront is a sandy beach and equipped bathing facility located on the western shore of Lake Como. The beach spans approximately 50 metres in width. The area is situated at an altitude of 209 metres above sea level within the Adda watershed.

Water Quality

Water quality is classified as Excellent for the 2019–2022 reference period. No anthropogenic activities promoting eutrophication or cyanobacterial growth have been identified. No threshold exceedances have been recorded in the past four years.

Risks

Short-duration pollution events may occur due to unfavourable weather conditions, including heavy rainfall, soil runoff, standing water, and various discharges. Possible accidental or unauthorised discharges of liquids or contaminants may occur. No previous cyanobacterial proliferation events or toxic effects on swimmers have been recorded.
