Perron Beach is located in the northwest of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer commune in Ille-et-Vilaine, on the Brittany coast of northwestern France. The beach faces the Atlantic Ocean and is situated on a coastline extending approximately ten kilometers. The area experiences a temperate oceanic climate with moderate seasonal variations influenced by maritime conditions.

Atlantic Ocean coastal bathing area. The seabed comprises micaschist rock with recent quaternary sandy accumulations. The coastline is characterized by two ridge lines at the center of the commune oriented west/southeast and north/south, culminating above 50 meters elevation.

Location

Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Ille-et-Vilaine (35), northwestern France. The beach is located in the northwest of the commune, bounded to the east by Saint-Lunaire and to the west by Lancieux.

Water Quality

The beach is classified as Type 1 bathing profile, indicating that pollution risk is not established. Water quality classification follows Directive 2006/7/CE based on bacterial concentrations, specifically enterococcus and Escherichia coli measurements in CFU/100mL.
