Rochanic and Du Voleur are bathing beaches located in the commune of Penvenan within Lannion-Trégor Communauté. This vulnerability profile study was updated in August 2017 to assess and understand pollution risks to the bathing waters and to design measures to reduce risk and limit user exposure to pollution. The profile is classified as type 1 under European Directive 2006/7/CE on bathing water management.

Water Quality

Potential pollution sources identified include wastewater collection and treatment systems, stormwater drainage systems, agricultural activity, and other pollution sources. Shellfish harvesting zones in the nearby Anse de Pellinec area are subject to fishing restrictions.
