Lilla Apelviken is a small sandy beach surrounded by cliffs, located in the southern part of the city along a beach promenade. The beach holds Blue Flag status. The water has been classified as excellent quality over the last four years according to Directive 2006/07/EG. Periodically the water can be swift-flowing.
