Arroyo Vaquero is a natural coastal bathing beach in Estepona, Málaga, extending 2115 metres along the Mediterranean littoral. The beach features dark sand with shallow waters and moderate wave conditions, backed by semi-urbanised development. It is classified as a Mediterranean coastal water body influenced by Atlantic waters, with a micromarial tidal range and currents predominantly oriented northeast.

Wave regime dominant from east and east-southeast associated with levante wind. Moderately exposed to wave action. Mean annual precipitation 400–600 mm with torrent index 0–25%.

Location

Estepona, Málaga, Andalucía, Spain. The beach is accessible by car. Located along the Málaga coastal area within the Guadiaro-Punta de Calaburra water body.

Showers available. Rubbish bins present. Cleaning service provided. Water sports rental available. No lifeguards. No Red Cross station. No disabled access. No danger signalling. No maritime club. No scuba diving zone.
