Cala Estreta is a narrow, sheltered cove located in the municipality of Palamós in the Baix Empordà comarca of Catalonia, Spain. The beach is situated within the protected natural area of Castell-Cap-Roig, surrounded by forest with only a few residential houses nearby. The cove measures 200 metres in length with an average width of 5 metres and a total surface area of 2,200 square metres. It is bordered to the northeast by Cala Remendon and to the southwest by cliffs, with access via a coastal footpath that connects several small coves. The beach experiences high occupancy levels.
