La Caleta is a beach in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain, located in the Valencian Community. The beach has an irregular closed configuration with perpendicular breakwaters for protection and a rigid maritime promenade. It is bordered to the north by Cala Capitán beach and to the south by Calas de Aguamarina beach. The beach has a high density of bathers during the bathing season and is situated in an urban area.
