Playa Torre Derribada is a natural sandy beach in Las Salinas near San Pedro del Pinatar on Spain's Mediterranean coast. The beach stretches 2210 metres in length with an average width of 30 metres and features golden sand. It experiences low to medium occupation with a micromareal tide regime and water renewal occurring within seven days. The beach is used primarily for recreational swimming by local residents.

San Pedro del Pinatar, Las Salinas. Located in the Segura River Basin hydrographic demarcation. Coordinates: 37.823529° latitude, -0.757863° longitude, UTM zone 30N (697448.04, 4188811.98).

Foot showers (2), toilets (2). No showers. No changing rooms.

Water Quality

Water quality rated as excellent for the period 2000–2011, including years 2010 and 2011. Located in the coastal water mass 'Mojón-Cabo de Palos' with good ecological status. Toxic phytoplankton sampling conducted in 2008 and 2009 showed practically no presence of potentially toxic cells throughout the bathing season.

Risks

Toxic phytoplankton risk is null or very low. Jellyfish episodes of short duration carry low risk; jellyfish have seasonal appearance periods with maximum abundance between early spring and late summer.
