Scalette is a bathing water located in Brenzone on Lake Garda in the Veneto region. The beach is oriented to the west and is situated in the Acquafresca locality, formed by a natural inlet. Classification: excellent (2021–2024). Enterococcus intestinalis 95th percentile: 5,732; 90th percentile: 4,291. Escherichia coli 95th percentile: 9,275; 90th percentile: 6,529. Potential pollution sources include river mouths (Valle Lunga and Valle Mezzana), mixed municipal sewerage systems with emergency overflow outlets, a consortium collector, stormwater discharge pipes, and the Peschiera del Garda wastewater treatment plant which discharges into the Mincio river in Lombardy.

Short-duration pollution events may occur from identified river mouth sources and stormwater discharges.
