Škaraba - Rt Rusi is a natural rocky beach located in Rovinj, Croatia. The beach is 360 meters long and 30 meters wide with a steep coastal slope and convex coastline. It is characterized by tree vegetation and experiences high bather density during the swimming season. The beach is managed by Grad Rovinj and is accessible by pedestrian path.

Rocky coastal sea water with average temperature of 23.85°C during the season. Salinity ranges from 34.4 to 39.4 ppt. Tide amplitude is 48.9 cm. Steep underwater coastal slope exceeding 25 degrees.

Monitoring conducted year-round with annual assessments and rolling four-year assessment periods.

Water Quality

Water quality monitoring conducted annually with 10 samples per year under both Croatian national regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Four-year assessment periods based on 40 samples are available from 2009 onwards. Latest classifications include excellent, good, sufficient, and poor ratings.
