Punta Regilione is a bathing area comprising a wide, shallow rocky cliff and a small beach of notable tourist interest. The beach is easily accessible and located within a bathing fraction. The area covers 1.3 km and has a beach width of 30 metres. It is subject to a dry subtropical climate with high summer temperatures and modest winter precipitation. The coastal strip shows signs of anthropogenic impact from predominantly summer urbanization, with visible erosive phenomena.

Facilities

The bathing area is free from infrastructure restrictions. Animals are not prohibited by signage or municipal ordinances. The area is designated for bathing purposes only.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent. The area is subject to potential pollution from agricultural activities, urbanization, and untreated urban discharges. Stormwater discharge and overflow from tide barriers are identified pollution sources. No anomalous situations have occurred in recent years.

Risks

Heavy precipitation can cause overflow discharge to be conveyed into the bathing water. Visible erosive phenomena are evident in the coastal area.
