Stedeberger See, also known as Landwehrsee, is located in the municipality of Dörverden, 6 km south of the district town of Verden (Aller). The bathing area features a 30 m long sandy beach accessible only to users of the campground in the southeast of the lake. The lake covers 14 hectares with a maximum depth of 9 m.

Municipality of Dörverden, 6 km south of Verden (Aller). Accessible via B 215 with a branch road leading south to the bathing lake. Bathing area is located at the campground in the southeast of the lake.

Water Quality

EU classification: Excellent quality (percentile assessment according to Directive 2006/7/EC). Bacterial water quality testing over recent years shows very good to good bacteriological bathing water quality.
