Fosso Vallelunga is a coastal bathing area in the Pescara municipality, characterized by a low-lying sandy beach with over 99% sand composition and medium granulometry. The beach is approximately 80 metres wide with no dune cordons. The area experiences bimodal wind phenomena typical of the Adriatic coast, predominantly from the northeast. The water quality has been classified as excellent, with no bathing bans recorded over the last four years.
