A sandy, flat beach located in Alba Adriatica, Abruzzo, with a pine forest in the northern part on public maritime land. The beach is approximately 135 meters long with a width of 95 meters near the pine forest. It is centrally positioned within the city and is used for bathing with numerous beach establishments. The area is bordered to the west by a promenade with a bicycle and pedestrian path.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: EXCELLENT. A consortium treatment plant serves the municipality with a capacity of 92,000 equivalent inhabitants, featuring three treatment lines: one biodisk system and two activated sludge systems with final disinfection. The depurator is considered a potential environmental concern and remains under continuous monitoring. No cyanobacterial blooms have been detected in marine waters off the Abruzzo coast. Scarce algal blooms occur during summer months, with occasional dinoflagellate blooms lacking toxic species.
