A sandy beach with exposed rocky outcrops located in Roseto degli Abruzzi in the Teramo province of Abruzzo. The beach is approximately 70 meters wide and classified as an Excellent quality coastal bathing water. Urban settlements and commercial activities are present in the surrounding area.

Roseto degli Abruzzi, Teramo Province, Abruzzo Region. The bathing water is designated as 580 MT A NORD ANGOLO VIA L'AQUILA (580 meters north of the corner of Via L'Aquila).

Bathing establishments present. Services include assistance and first aid, sanitary facilities, food and beverage points, and children's play areas.

Water Quality

Water quality classification is Excellent. The area is served by a separate sewerage system converging to a wastewater treatment plant located in Scerne, Pineto municipality. The treatment plant operates two activated sludge lines and three biodisc lines with final disinfection. Treated effluent complies with limits specified in Legislative Decree 152/06 and final discharge occurs into the Vomano river. No specific monitoring or measurement programs are currently active. Marine waters in the Abruzzi area show scarce algal blooms in summer months, with occasional dinoflagellate blooms in past years showing low or absent toxic species presence.
