Sæby Nordstrand is a sandy beach with a sandy bottom located on the north coast of Denmark. The bathing water profile extends approximately 6.5 kilometres along the coast. The beach width varies from about 20 to 30 metres. Water is shallow with depths of approximately 0.5 metres at the shoreline, 1 metre at 30 metres offshore, and 1.5 metres at 50 metres offshore. The water is salt and clear, with visibility exceeding 1 metre. Water currents shift direction but predominantly flow toward the north.
