Niederstimmer Weiher is a bathing lake created between 1972 and 1978 as part of land consolidation. The site features a sunbathing area, playground, and kiosk. The lake covers approximately 9,557 square metres with a shoreline of about 388 metres and maximum water depth of 5 metres.

Water Quality

EU water quality classification for 2024: excellent bathing water quality. Water quality is monitored every 4 weeks during the bathing season (15 May – 15 September), with additional testing as needed. A swimming ban was imposed in early June 2024 following a flood event and was lifted on 13 June 2024 after testing confirmed no health risk.
