Løkken Nord Strand is a sandy beach in the busy tourist and holiday town of Løkken in Hjørring Municipality, Denmark. The beach consists of fine sand without larger stones and is divided into two sections by a mole in the middle. The northern section is approximately 150 meters wide and 700 meters long, while the southern section is approximately 150 meters wide and 450 meters long. The beach is bordered by dunes between the town and the shore, with bathing huts lined along the waterfront.

Water

Saltwater body located in Skagerrak. Water depth under 2 meters extends approximately 100 meters from the shore. The seabed consists of fine sand. Primary current direction is from the southwest. Depth conditions are variable due to tidal, current, and weather conditions.

Possible sudden contamination from incidents involving recreational boats, manure tanks, and sewer pipes. Glass shards, litter, and chemical pollution including oil spills can occur. Water clarity should allow visibility of feet when standing in knee-deep water. Sudden changes in depth and current conditions can occur unexpectedly due to tidal breaches.
