Censo is a coastal bathing water in Adra, Almería, Andalucía, located along the Mediterranean coast. The beach stretches 520 meters in length with an average width of 40 meters and features a composition of gravel and sand with dark sand. Swimming conditions are characterized by moderate waves and windy weather. The beach has low occupancy and is semi-urbanized with a seafront promenade.

Mediterranean coastal water body in the Cuenca Mediterránea Andaluza watershed. The water mass is designated as 610016 Puerto de Adra - Guardias Viejas. Bathymetry shows deep waters with muddy and sandy substrate. Tidal range is microtidal (0–2 meters). Current regime is dominant towards the east, east-southeast, and east-northeast. Wave exposure is moderate, with dominant waves from the east and east-northeast associated with levante wind.

Adra, Almería, Andalucía, Spain. Access is on foot or by vehicle. Disabled access is available.

Facilities

Surveillance equipment present. Waste bins and cleaning service available. No Red Cross lifeguard post, no rescue team, no signage, no showers, no toilets. Disabled access available.

Sanitary classification: Excellent (2013–2015), Sufficient (2016). Short-duration contamination risk is low and microbiological in nature (24 hours). Identified pollution sources include diffuse agricultural land uses and the Adra wastewater treatment plant (EDAR ADRA, AL100).
