Platja de la Mar Bella is a sandy beach located in Barcelona, Spain, within a highly urban environment. The beach is 515 metres long with an average width of 43 metres and a total surface area of 20,845 square metres. It is wedged between two breakwaters: the Bac de Roda breakwater to the northeast and the Ferrocarril breakwater to the southwest. The beach experiences high summer occupancy and has medium-grain sand with a very steep water entry slope.
