Port Fontaine is one of the three smallest communal beaches in Plœmeur, Brittany. The beach features a very small intertidal zone of approximately one hundred metres, disrupted by several rocky outcrops. It is located in the south-eastern part of the commune, separated from Anse du Stole by the rocky point of Lomener and its quay. The beach corresponds to a limited sandy accumulation attached to a granite coastline. The bathing profile was established for the 2011 bathing season.
