Facilities

The beach has equipment facilities. A lifting station (poste de relèvement) is present at Rudevent.

Water Quality

Bacteriological water quality has been monitored at Rudevent beach. Shellfish classification zones adjacent to the area include Zone A for non-burrowing bivalves and Zone B for burrowing bivalves. Phytoplankton concentration and toxic algal abundance have been tracked from 2011 to 2014.

Risks

Potential pollution sources identified include collective sanitation discharges, rainwater network outlets, non-collective sanitation, and accidental or point-source contamination. Macro-algae and phytoplankton proliferation potential has been assessed.
