Sveti Konstantin i Elena-Sent Elias is a small beach with fine-grained sand located within the Sveti Konstantin i Elena resort complex on Bulgaria's northeastern Black Sea coast. The beach stretches 350 meters and is situated in an urbanized area surrounded by a large park with coniferous and deciduous trees. The coastline features high, steep cliffs formed by marine erosion. The resort complex includes mineral springs used for open-air heated pools and therapeutic complexes.

Potential short-term pollution from the Slichnev Den treatment facility and unregulated discharges from Svetikonstatinsko stream due to its length and connections from the Vinitsa district.
